WIC (Women-Infants-Children Program)
Good Free Food for Women, Infants and Children
The WIC program is a special supplemental food program for Women, Infants, and Children. WIC is funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture through the Michigan Department of Community Health. WIC is a special food and nutrition program that promotes good health and nutrition for women, infants and children.

Eligibility
Residents of the State of Michigan.
At or below 185% of Federal Poverty Income Guidelines or on Medicaid or food stamps
Pregnant and breastfeeding women, women who have recently had a baby, newborn to 12 months old, and children from 1-5 years of age who have a nutrition or health risk, i.e.: low Hgb (iron) or poor diet.
