Complaint Investigations
Environmental Health staff investigate a variety of complaints ranging from sewage, garbage, food, and water supplies. Staff investigate complaints applying any applicable codes, laws, or zoning and enforce these regulations where necessary. When calling in complaints to Environmental Health (Hancock and Bessemer), please provide as much information as possible so staff can effectively take appropriate actions.
