Position: Rehabilitation Services Team Leader

Location: Position serves the 5-county region from a base in Hancock. Position involves routine travel.
Status: Full-tIme, non-exempt, non-bargaining, unit management position.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language-Pathology program. Licensed in Michigan.
Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Company: Aspirus Superior Home Health & Hospice
Location: Position covers any of the Agency’s service areas and may work out of any office.
Status: Full-tIme.
Qualifications: Registered as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Michigan. Graduate of a two-year college level occupational therapy program approved by the ACOTE. Prior clinical experience in geriatics and/or home health setting preferred.
