New Environmental Health Fees
Effective March 1, 2014

A new system for assessing food establishment fees went into effect March 1, 2014. Under the new rules, an establishment’s annual license fee will be set according to the degree of complexity, and attendant risk, involved in its operation. Establishments will be categorized as low risk, medium risk, or high risk, each with a different assigned fee. For some, this will allow their annual fee to decrease, while others may pay a higher fee than in the past. For additional information, please see:
