Environmental Health staff investigates reported cases of foodborne illness as they are presented to us. Please be prepared to provide as much information about the event, symptoms, and meal history as possible. Your illness may or may not be related to a specific facility or event. The more information you provide, the better staff are able to investigate. Staff may also want to ask further questions so a phone number is often needed to be able to reach you later.
