Complaint Investigations
Environmental Health staff investigate a variety of complaints and concerns ranging from sewage and garbage to food and water supplies. When investigating complaints, staff apply applicable codes, laws, or zoning and enforce these regulations where necessary. Please direct environmental complaints and concerns to our Hancock and Bessemer offices. When filing a complaint, please provide as much information as possible so we can effectively take appropriate actions.
