Food Service Plan Review
All establishments, even simple ones, must go through a food establishment plan review process. It consists of the submission of detailed, scaled drawings of the entire building including electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems. Specification sheets for all proposed equipment must be provided as well as a proposed menu.
