Food Service Training and Education

Questions regarding various food service areas can be answered by Environmental Health staff. Brochures and other literature can be obtained by visiting your nearest Environmental Health office (Hancock or Bessemer). Please call and arrange for an appointment for one-on-one consultation with a sanitarian.  Food Training from this office and other sources will be announced as scheduled. Information is also available at the Michigan Department of Agriculture under Food and Agribusiness.
