COMPASSION. COMFORT. PEACE OF MIND.

These are things we want as we journey through life, and what we offer at Superior Home Health and Hospice.  We help make the transition easier for those with life-limiting illnesses and those who share their lives.
At Superior Home Health and Hospice, we provide care for people with life-limiting illnesses and support for those who love them.

Our core services focus on pain and symptom management for patients, and emotional and spiritual support for patients and their loved ones.

The hospice program is reflective of a spirit and idea of caring that emphasizes comfort and dignity for the dying, making it possible for them to remain independent for as long as possible, and in familiar surroundings.  Hospice personnel respect and respond to the unique differences in family/caregiver, lifestyle, values, and wishes.

Hospice affirms life.

Hospice exists in the belief that through appropriate care and the promotion of a caring community, patients/families/caregivers will be free to attain a degree of mental preparation for death that is satisfying to them.

Committed to our Patients

At Superior Home Health and Hospice, we recognize the unique physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs of each person.  We strive to extend the highest level of courtesy and service to patients/families/caregivers, visitors and each other.
