Free in-home screening for Fetal Alcohol Syndrome
This program provides in-home screening by a registered nurse to assess the possible presence of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) in a child.
Services
Tests and exams under this program include:
Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Referrals made to Marquette General Hospital’s Diagnostic Clinic for further assessment
Referrals to other resources if indicated
Eligibility
No income guidelines
Requests for an assessment may come from any concerned parent or doctor

By Appointment: $12.00 per child.
