As of January 14, 2017 each licensed food service establishment in Michigan is required to have at least one certified manager that has also completed additional allergen training approved by the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (MDARD).

Listed below are allergen trainings recognized by MDARD as acceptable for meeting allergen training requirements. Fees vary by course.
