PLEASE NOTE: Our field season is now over & will resume in the Spring of 2023. However, we will be accepting applications throughout the winter months and will schedule appointments in the order in which received. If you have a well or septic emergency, contact our office directly.

Existing sewage systems may require inspections/site evaluations for a number of reasons, including:
- To obtain a Child or Adult Care Facility License
- To obtain an MDARD Food License
- Real estate transactions/Home Loan Evaluation
- Planned increases in flow to an existing system due to building remodel or addition
During the inspection of an existing sewage system a Sanitarian will assess the capacity of the existing system and determine compliance with the local Superior Environmental Health Code.
To initiate an existing system inspection, please complete our Request for Service Application.
The applicant is required to have a licensed septage hauler onsite to pump the septic tank during the inspection.
